Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) accept for commercial commission only

Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) between Artist and Client always has to put the contract in writing and have signature of both contractors.

for Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will have NDA fee minimum at 20% of total price of commission due to losing opportunity for advertising in livestream and social media.

The schedule below shows the difference of personal & commercial, Client has to specify your commission types before commission. If your intended use is not in both terms, please ask the artist first.

Artist has to use lots of creativity and inspiration, also be in good condition to work efficiently. please be kind and do not ask about your commission frequently.

The payment has two parts ― The first payment of commission must paid half of total price (deposit 50%) or full paid and the second payment ― the remainder of the price client has to paid.

After commission requested, Client must complete the first payment within 3 days. If not, your commission request will be canceled automatically.

When sketch received, Client must complete the second payment within 7 days.

If client not be able to complete the second payment within 7 days ― your deposit and all the illustration files will still be in the artist rights and cannot get any refund ― also be on my blacklist of commission.

Payment is accepted in TipMe only (will be more in future e.g. Vgen) and the commission cannot be canceled or refunded after completed the first payment.

Your commission slot will be shown on the schedule here when you completed the first payment. Some work may takes a long term to finish, but I will inform first.

Artist will send sketch artwork which will be a screenshot with watermarks ― for sketch approval. In brief & sketching process, Client can modify maximum 2 times.

In each time the sketch received, gathering every modified parts and listed all to the artist within 2 days ― for no response within 2 day, The artist will take as no modified request. for adding more or having complex details will have some additional charges.

If the sketch is already approved, Artist will not accept any modifiable request until finished and the completed artwork cannot be requested for any changes after all.

The completed commission artwork will be received via Google drive or e-mail.

The commission artwork will be shown in google drive or e-mail only for 3 month since your artwork completed month, ― please make sure you received your commission artwork and download already.
